The Community of the Anhonian Institute of Warsaw had their monthly recollection with Fr. Wojciech Kluj, OMI.
It was February 20, 2023, when the community had their first recollection as a community. It was a moment of renewal and re-charging after some months of being together as a community with Fr. Herbie Canete, RCJ as the Superior, Fr. Tirso Alcover, Jr., RCJ as the Vice Superior and Fr. Miguel Di Silva, Jr., as the Treasurer of the house. Fr. Kluj focus his topic on the the Permanent Validity of the Church’s missionary mandate, ”Redemptoris Missio” by Pope John Paul II particularly on the last chapter which is Missionary Spirituality. The gist of the talk talks about the missionary zeal of each missionary who are sent. As a missionary, they must be led by the Spirit in their decision making. The centrality of Jesus for their mission. As a missionary, there must be the heart for the Church and drawing every activities from the examples of the saints. The recollection started in the morning with silence and the Holy Mass followed by the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament and a chain of Adoration for each religious. Then followed by the conference at 16:00PM and Confession.
