In the Afternoon of the 2nd of February, the Archdiocese of Warsaw, Poland celebrated the feast of the Presentation of the Lord. It is also a "Day of the Consecrated Life."

The Archdiocese of Warsaw organized a gathering for all the religious. It was a gathering of different religious congregations of sisters and fathers. It was also a moment of prayer and camaraderei as brothers and sisters called to be "Salt of the Earth and Light of the world. It has been an invitation of the Lord to those who are called to consecrate themselves to the Lord in a life of community and apostolate. The gathering started at the monastery of the Visitation Sisters and pray the chaplet to the Divine Mercy. It was followed by a solemn procession from the Monastery to the Cathedral. Upon arrival at the Cathedral, the celebration of the Holy Mass followed and was presided by His Excellency Kazimierz Kardynał Nycz, of the Archdiocese of Warsaw and concelebrated by a number of priests of different congregations. It was indeed a solemn celebration rendered to all the consecrated men and women of the Archdiocese. In his homily, he invited all the consecrated to remain faithful to the vocation entrusted to them. According to him that to follow the Lord is a life of total offering of the self towards the needy brothers and sisters exspecially to the Archdiocese. The celebration was attended too by groups of lay faithful. It was a celebration that inspire too to the young people who were mesmerized seeing the religious walking with their garbs on and setting an example of dedication and perseverance.
