On April 15, 2023, Fr. Herbie Canete, RCJ celebrated his 50 years of existence.
He is now colored gold. Fr, Herbie was born in April 15, 1973. He is the Superior of the Anthonian Institute in Warsaw, Poland. A mass of thanksgiving was rendered for him together with some Filipinos who came over the celebration to extend their greetings. Fr. Ed from the Redemptoris matter concelebrated also the mass together with fr. Tirso. In his homily, he thank everyone for the support and the warm greetings they made for Fr. Herbie. And one thing that he stressed out in his homily, to pray for him and more blessings as he grow in age and in wisdom and to the vocation entrusted to him. After the celebration of the Holy Mass, an agape was offered with the shared food of all the Filipinos and enjoyment and fun was felt on the day of his 50th year birthday. May Fr. Herbie continue to be zealous in his ministry and persevere in prayer.
