Visita Iglesia is a beautiful tradition in the Philippines.

The aim of visiting these Churches is to reflect, meditate and pray of the Passion of Jesus Christ during the Lenten Season. Last March 25, 2023, the Anthonian Institute organized a "VISITA IGLESIA" around Warsaw. It was joined by 40 plus participants together with Fr. Herbie, Fr. Tirso and Fr. Mike. It was indeed an activity animated with prayer and reflection of the Mystery of Jesus' Passion. The activity was presided by Fr. Miguel Di Silva, RCJ. It started with a short prayer and introduction and some instructions for the people to follow in the said activity. Then the faithful was divided into different cars and made a convoy of the Church to be visited. The following Churches that was visited are the following: Holy Cross Parish, St. Alexander's Church, Church of the Assumption, St. Padre Pio Church, Church of the Divine Mercy, Church of the Our Lady of Perpetual Help and the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. The Visit to the Churches was accompanied with Prayer and singing and reflections.
