At 8pm on New Year's Eve, the Community celebrated the New year's vigil in the Rogationist tradition. It was attended by a handful of their faithful.

It started with the procession of the light which symbolizes Jesus the light. Then there was the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament then followed by prayers of thanksgiving and prayers for the coming new year. There was the singing of the Te Deum and followed by the singing of psalm and then the marking of the cross, the renewal of baptismal promises and culminated with the renewal of the religious vows of the priests.

It was a very solemn vigil to prepare each one for the close of the year and the start of a new one. After the vigil, everyone enjoyed the "Media noche" meal.
