April 16, in the evening of Black Saturday, the Community prepared for the Solemn Easter Vigil. Though it was quite chilly outside the blessing of the new fire was accomplished. The procession towards the chapel was done smoothly while the liturgy was performed.
Many of the parishoners rejoiced at the resurrection of the Lord and their joy was shown when the lights were turned on and they were able to renew their baptismal promises. After the celebration, everyone was invited for a little agape prepared by the guests and the community. Alleluia, the Lord is risen indeed!
